Parent Survey
In an effort to receive input from our parents about the current school year, and how we can best support your needs, a 2020-2021 Title I survey has been created to gather parent feedback. We would appreciate you taking time to complete the survey as the information collected will help us with future planning. Surveys will need to be completed no later than Friday, December 11th as the Google Form will no longer accept responses after that date. We hope your family has a happy Thanksgiving. Stay safe and well. We look forward to seeing our students back on November 30, 2020. Click on the appropriate link below to complete the survey. Please contact the school (434-369-5665) if you would like a paper copy of the survey. Please plan on visiting AES to pick up your child(ren)’s belongings on one of the days and times listed below. Tuesday, May 26th 10AM - 1PM and 4PM - 7PM Wednesday, May 27th 10AM - 1PM and 4PM - 7PM Picking Up Students’ Personal Belongings We will be working to safely and efficiently return all student possessions while practicing social distancing. To assist us in this effort we ask that everyone adhere to the following guidelines: · Enter the school parking lot in the same way you would during regular car rider student dismissal. · Cars should line up in 2 lines, using both parking lot lanes. · Drivers and passengers must remain in their cars. · Items will be delivered to your car thru door #2. · Drivers must stay in the double lines of traffic until signaled to move forward by a school employee Return of School Materials Items to be returned to school may include things like library books, classroom readers, and the blue 100 Book Challenge book bags that were provided to PreK students. Mrs. Green will come around to each car to collect any items that are being returned to school. Having items ready for collection will help us keep the line moving faster for everyone. Lost & Found Items If you believe your child may have lost something, please visit the lost and found area after collecting your child's belongings. All Lost and Found items will be displayed on the sidewalk along the bus loading area. You are welcome to look through those items after you have collected your child's belongings and exited the main parking lot area.
